Phone calls.

You know what? I do not like the fact that nowadays we screen our phone calls. What is wrong with answering a call from a private number? chances are they know you, and even if they don't... who cares? Remember the days when caller id and cellphones did not exist? Why do we hesitate to pick up phone calls we aren't expecting?
